How do I find the right size bandana?
Our Triangle Bandanas come in 6 sizes - Toy to XL, measured from tip to tip of the neckline.
We also carry Square Bandanas that measure 21" X 21"

We accept VISA, M/C, Discover and American Express. You may also pay with either personal or business cheque made out to Bandanas Unlimited. After you have submitted your order, you will receive an Order Number. Please write the Order Number on the memo line of the check and mail it to:

We ship as soon as your cheque clears. We will cancel any orders placed that are not in receipt of a cheque within two weeks. Certified cheque payments or money orders will avoid the clearing period required by using personal or business cheques.
Is there a minimum order required?
Our NO MINIMUM ORDER policy gives the ability and flexibility to buy wholesale even if you are not ordering large lots.
Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer(SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmission from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
How do you process international orders?
On international orders, charges do not include any applicable taxes and duties, or brokerage fees. Taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
We pride ourselves with fast shipping - most orders received before 3pm EST, Monday thru Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm EST, will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.
What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order you can track it any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link where you can track it online.
What is the difference between "Order date" and "Ship date"?
On most websites, "Order date" and "Ship date" are not the same. Let's assume that you placed an order on Friday at 10:00pm EST. In this case your order will not ship until after the weekend. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into an account when considering the shipping date.
I live in North America. Can I ship internationally?
No! For all international orders the shipping address must be the same as the payment address.
